Hello Sir, My name is Varun and I reside in Hyderabad,TG. I purchased a kitchen appliance product costing 16,040/- from SHOPCLUES.COM on 30th Oct 2015. It was delivered to me on 12th Nov 2015 which was completely hopeless and damaged one. I requested for a return next day on 13th Nov 2015. After more than 10 constant emails, remainders and continuous calls, they finally approved a reverse pic up for the item which taken back on 11th Dec 2015. Again after a bunch of emails and calls for update, they sent me accepted status for refund 3rd Jan 2016. For every call I made/email I send, they say it will take 2-3 working days. I had really been very humble in my conversations and emails showing my good will – courtesy my education. Its 2 months exactly now. I am in total loss of my valuable time for emailing and money for telephone calls asking for progress which they are actually supposed to back up. I am really pestered with them now and have no patience to give them time, send emails, back up for update and but to raise a complaint against their services. I seek for your interference in this regard and look forward for some good appreciable result. I have the history of emails and conversations of Shopclues as a supporting document to this issue.
