I have bought a mobile phone one plus-X model on 6 th November 2015
One day when i was charging the phone, suddenly I noticed when the phone rang but there was nothing on the screen and the screen was black ( no display on the screen, so I could not attend the call ).... And the phone was a bit hot while it is still being charged..... I tried to press the power button a few times and I noticed some green red absurd lines on the screen.
Then when I checked the phone carefully to my surprise I noticed after looking closely that there is a crack in the display of the phone...... That's shocking..... How can the display of a phone crack by itself while charging......
The phone has never been dropped and there is no physical impact to the phone screen of any kind.........
Then how can the display of the phone crack.....
I want an answer for the same and the display to be replaced by the company.....
This is a very serious issue and i need an urgent solution to the same....


After a week......

The company didn't respond for a week to my mails
When I visited the service centre, the fact that the unit having defect is being confirmed by their executive Mr. Kapil at the Nehru place service center when he charged the phone for just 1 minute, it became really hot, of which even he made a note of and accepted......

And to my shock, the engineer at their service center told me, " sir, this phone can blast/explode by heating but the LCD display can't crack.... ".
So I have to pay for the LCD display charges.

Now, I want then to take back theirr device and refund my money back as it seems a dangerous unit for me and my family as told by their engineer that it has chances of exploding while charging.....

Now I don't trust theirr brand/device anymore so I don't want to continue with the device.....
