I have bought a Mobile Phone on www.shopclues.com on 8th Jan 16 as part of High Voltage Sale. On the sale they offered for every purchase between 10000-15000 Rs you will get a assured gift link valid for 3 days after issue. I received the link and a coupon code to redeem the Free gift but when i try to place the order with coupon code that coupon code is not working. I have given a complaint on this on customer care of shopclues.com they raised a ticket on 10th Jan 16 and will address the issue by technical dept team with in 24-48 hrs. After 24-48 hrs also no one from technical dept addressed the issue mean while i called to customer care 7 times everytime i have to be on call for more than 30 mins and finally they said "Will update your concern, our technical team will address the issue with 24-48 hrs". I was fedup with the Shopclues.com and not providing proper service/ care to the customers & their complaints. Please raise a complaint on this.
