Complaint Details
This is the most unprofessional, unreliable and inefficient cab service.
They do not answer their phone (9899331678), when the customer is trying to get in touch to know the exact pick up point and details of the driver.
Further, they say we will respond in five minutes by they do not get back to you at all.
I had a pick up on 11 Jan at 2: pm at Taj Mahal. These people sms 'd two different drivers name with two different phone numbers. I was co ordinating with them since 11 o clock for detaisl, but these people harassed me upto 2 pm. I got some call from some third mobile number at 2:30 pm , and they did not wait even for 5 mintues and I missed my cab ride from Agra to Delhi.
In spite of their inefficiency , they haven't even refunded the Rs. 464 I paid for this ride.
Please do not trust or rely this tour operator
