I canceled a ticket having PNR number:- 6442458797. I booked the ticket from my City Bank Account (5243510556) but unfortunately this account got closed on July. Hence I didn't got any refund. While I complain IRCTC regarding the same they confirmed me that post enquiry of the account status and my identity they will get the refund processed. On October 30, IRCTC verification team has confirmed that the said account is closed. Since then mysteriously I am getting no response from IRCTC team and my refund is still not get processed. Please find the details the IRCTC team has provided during confirmation of my City bank account closer status. Latest communication I made with IRCTC is having IRCTC #2690364 ID.
