Complaint Details
The contact center lodged my service request for AquaSure Prime water purifier on the 02/01/2016 and was told that the technician would call and come to my place latest by 03/01/2016. I didn't get any call so I called back on the 06/01/2016. I was again promised that the technician will call and come for service latest by 07/01/2016. Again no calls or visit. Then finally I called on the 08/01/2016, and was again given assurance about technician visiting by 09/01/2016 but I insisted on speaking to senior. She promised a call back in the evening by the senior since he wasn't available that time. No calls again, then finally I called in evening and got the opportunity to speak to the Senior, Mr. Virendra who had promised the same thing as the agents. Still there were no results. I again called back and spoke to Mr Mahesh on the 12/01/2016 but he was giving me the local Service Head no and telling me to contact him. I requested to speak to his TL but he couldn't transfer since it was the end of shift for them. It seems they are just fooling around with the customers with no regards for customer service.
