I got the connection of the service provider in question about a few months back. In this short time, i have had to complaint about regular connection failures of their internet multiple times. Even after assuring me everytime that the problem is resolved, it again arises within a day or two. I am completely fed up as there is no way of contacting the consumer redressal forum of this company and the only access we have is to their technical assistants who seem to be only interested in the current status of the connection and not the overall problem.
