hi,
i have order a leather jacket from the website fr cash on delivery, and i have sent a mail immediately for cancellation, however they have sent the product to me and my brother received the same without knowing, however as per their refund and return policy i can cancel it anytime before 3days after the delivery hence i have sent a mail again for cancellation however they refused to do so.. and they have sent a poor quality product which was not promised as per the deal and a different size which no one can fit into it, the jacket is made of a poor leather which nornally used to stich sofas. i have mailed them and called them however no response.. i have been cheated.. plz help me i have attachd the images and the mail conversation..
