Re MTNL DELHI Phone & Broadband line No. 011-26652048 is in use by me at my residence since several years. Bills have always been paid on time. Please see attachments bills for April, July and August 2015. While April bill is normal, you will see exorbitant amounts charged in July and August 2015. As such I have not paid the bill dated 8 July 2015 and all bills after that. Telephone and Broadband services was cut off by MTNL on 16 Aug 2015 but still bills keep coming. Our application for total surrender of the line was not accepted by MTNL. I am willing to pay only normal charges for Data 999 and phone covering unpaid period until 16 August 2015 to resolve the matter. Please help. Thanks and best regards.
