Complaint Details
An amount of INR 434 was deducted from my PAYTM wallet towards "BILLDESK" for an order from domino's pizza on 7th JAN 2016 and the order wasn't acknowledged by Dominos, and hence i didn't get the pizza. i again made a payment and on second time my order got confirmed and got pizza. my concern is that still i didn't get any update on my first transaction refund. The reference number is #EPT24220687865. i struggled to find the customer care number but no response. I expect a refund as quick as possible.
