Complaint Details
I purchased for some products on 11 Aug 2015 from "amazon.in" ,during their sale. In this sale they said they were offering 15% cashback on using HDFC bank card if the order amount was greater than ₹5000 and said that the same would be credited by 12November 2015. I made two order one from emailid "guptaashutosh10@gmail.com" and Order # 402-4100253-3529126 amount was ₹6072 ,and the other order was from emailid "shivali.gupta@outlook.com" and order no is 402-7349692-5448329 amounting ₹ 9886 . But instead of my regular following them of not rec iving cashback nothing has been credited yet and when i called them they said its not their issue contact the bank as it was bank's offer. Now they are saying that you have purchased through netbanking hence you are not eligible for the offer ,i called them stating that i paid through my rupay debit card so they told send us a proof . Despite of me sending them the proof they have not replied back instead they are now cutting the call when i call them . So i want you to please look into the matter and help me . I am attaching the various screenshots of the both order details,bank statement (which states that the payment was made through debit card) ,terms and conditions of their sale.


I want my ₹1500 cashback and you should penalise amazon as well as hdfc for their behaviour and misleading the customer and giving such a great tension.
