Complaint Details
Dear Sir/Madam,

There is a water leakage from one of the walls of my bedrood since Oct 2015. I could not trace out exact problem. I thought to contact my Builder for the solution. But Since Oct 2015 I have been addressing my problem to Mr Hemant Shah whao is a owner of Divya Developers through phone calls and whatsapp. I have sent the snaps too. But he is not resopnding to my complaint. At present 3 walls of my bedroom have become wet through water as builder has applied only POP instead of cement plaster. I am attaching images and communication for your reference.
Hence I have decided to lodge as consumer complaint against my Builder on following grounds.
1) Delay in construction. Possession given In Jun 2012 instead of agreed in Dec 2010
2) Poor quality of construction
3) Pipe Gas Amount taken but connection not done.
4) Society charges taken but not formed Housing Society.

I request you to guide me further for getting right solution.
