Complaint Details
My mother got a credit note for around 1608 rupees on 22nd July 2015. The store keeper did not tell her that the credit note is valid for just 1 month . my mother doesn't know English and the validity is written in English. When I went to ask them on August 15th, they said they will get back to me as they have to contact the store head. After that, I went several times and they kept telling the same thing. Now they said someone has already used the credit note. I took the note to them and asked and they said they can't reimburse as it is more than 1 month. They have cheated me.
