Complaint Details
Transaction Date: 07/11/2015 for an amount of INR 30025.71/- which was debited from my account from the ATM-Debit card number 4065971026000022 was reported to ICICI bank on 7th Nov 2015 since this transaction occurred overseas. The bank official confirmed the same was done in Bangkok, Thailand whilst the Card and I was in India. The bank official sought a signed dispute form and registered a complaint under the dispute number # SR389022362
The complaint is still unresolved and I have submitted my passport copy (To authenticate my presence in India), dispute letter, Copy of the original card etc.
I hereby seek your intervention to get my money back.
