Dear CCRC,

I HAVE PROBLEM WITH Vodafone,
The above mentioned problem persists with both my above mentioned numbers. I demand immediate details of actual internet usage time (START TIME AND END TIME) per day for the entire bill cycle 10/12/2015-09/01/2016 as the usage consumption was not even till the limit of discount. Moreover, the ongoing billing cycle 10/01/2016-09/02/2016 is also facing problem as mentioned in the previous email.
I AM NOT GOING TO PAY ANY BILL AND WILL PORT OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF THIS HARASSMENT IS NOT STOPPED FROM YOUR END. I WILL BE SENDING THIS EMAIL TO TRAI ALSO FOR SHOWING YOUR CONTINUOUS HARASSMENT TO A LOYAL CUSTOMER SINCE TWO BILLING CYCLES i.e., 10/12/2015-09/01/2016 AND THE CURRENT ONE i.e., 10/01/2016-09/02/2016.
