My mother stays alone, sometime noone stays in house, but high bills continue to come (probably in corrupt expectations).Since 8 years RDF bills continues despite meter replaceed four years ago, and again KESCO askign to replace meter saying its Bad. No calibration certificate provided for earlier meter nor for current despite O&M charges paid every month as fixed charges. meter is owned by KESCO and O&M is charged yet harrassment to consumer. Very high bills sent up to rs one lakh for vacant house. dozens of time my mother and sisters and myself visited kesco office, but their officers and GM pay no attention, emails not answered. More than one lakh bills are paid in advance, still they cut the electricity during diwali time. RDf bill continues, no meter maintencance calibration provided by KESCO, Their employees harrassing my old mother, and again askign to replace meter for no good reason. the current meter sicne installtion four years, is giving good reading, but never recognized for billing by KESCO. Request redressal by providing complete unit calculation from eight years, provide calibartion for current meter, and provide compensation for harassmanet to my mother. compensation expected 8 lakhs for 8 years, over and above normalization of advance/ excess payments made.
