I want to file a complain a against Yureka company . They are not giving my Yureka Phone back.

MY PHONE HAS DISPLAY AND HEATING PROBLEM

I give my YUREKA PLUS phone on 23 of November in service center.
but until now i haven't received my phone . i almost call 15 to 20 time and they always told me that they send your phone in in one week. why this happening .I don't have phone and i badly need my phone .
