I am living at medavakkam Chennai. I had applied for a new connection on 30/12/15. They said it is feasible in my area and collected an advance of Rs 1760 for the emperor plan on 31/12/15. Receipt Number is 5490. After that the contact person Paramasivam of Raajnett 8939869045 is not attending my calls and the installation is not yet done. Beware of this fraudster people. He is incharge of medavakkam marketing raajnett i guess. He has the audacity to collect money from people and later not return their calls. So if he contacts regarding raajnet connection stay safe people. Calling the customer care service has also proved to be fruitless. They have been saying i will receive a call within the next 24 hours for the past 8 days. No calls have come regarding installation as of now. I have also sent an email on the 13th of january requesting to refund my money as i have lost faith and interest in raajnett., but there was no response to that mail too. I have attached a copy of the raajnett receipt for receipt. Kindly do the needed.
