I would like to inform you that I processed the shipment on Saturday, Jan 9th 2015 from Rohini to Jodhpur by DTDC services and was informed by the local representative of PRASHANT VIHAR - DELHI branch that my shipment will be delivered by Tuesday,
Jan 12th 2015 but as per the tracking status the shipment is sitting in jodhpur branch
since Monday, Jan 11th 2015.
To confirm the same please find the attachment. I would really like to express my
dissatisfaction with the kind of service that I have received from DTDC. If I would
have informed about this unnecessary delay I would have easily chosen much cheaper
postal or courier service.
They need to understand why customers are choosing express services and paying them an
amount that needs to be justified. This delay is responsible for adding downtime to my
business needs and sure someone responsible behind this have to be answerable.
