Complaint Details
I purchased dishwasher products worth Rs.2060 on 13th Dec, 2015. After i made the purchase, i received a confirmation message from Govasool.com regarding the purchase and i was assigned order id: BU131215-2948295411. Even after a week, i havent received any information about the products dispatched to me. I called up their customer care number and was informed that their processing time is 20days after the purchase of the product. This was not mentioned anywhere on their site. In the first week of Jan, 2016, i started contacting their customer care about the status of my purchase. After 20+ days, they inform me that the product is not in stock and they are waiting for the same. This is cheating by the company as they are selling and collecting payment for a product which they do not have in stock. On 5th Jan, i asked them to either confirm the date on which they will receive the stock or start a process of my refund. The customer care representative Hameeda, promised to call me back within 2 days with a reference number issuing my refund but did not hear anything from her till 13th Jan. I called up again on 13th Jan to hear the same response from the same customer care representative, Hameeda "Give us 2 days to confirm the reference number of your refund". And i haven't received any update till 7:30pm in the evening. Please see to it that the amount is refunded to me. I am not interested in waiting for the product anymore as i have purchased it elsewhere.
