I purchased Morphy Richards storage water heater salvo 15 Ltr on 21-12-2015. Firstly the technician for installation came after 5 days after making endless calls to company. Extremely poor customer care. They r not even bothered to make a return call to the customer. But there was very less hot water outflow.
After checking inlet cold water inflow with a plumber, I lodged complain on 06-01-2016. all No DEL060116009046476-1 with secret code 3747. But no technician visited my residence. Then on 10-01-2016 company sent a sms with false statement & utter lie that technician visited but no one was available at my residence.
On 14-01-2016 I've again lodged complain with No DEL140116009093455-1. But till date no technician has come to attend the problem & they never bother to attend your call.
Extremely pathetic after sales service & worst customer care I've ever seen. I wish to return the product to the company & intend to take suitable action against company for taking customer for a ride.
