The Company shopclues.com provided a fake, duplicate, poor Campus Trendy Bio-Ride White Mens sports shoes ,against the promised product as per the website. Even after successful return of the product to the company as per its clauses, the company has deceived, mistreated me amounting to very poor service and non payment of the refund money as applicable(INR 599/-). I have not received the money yet, neither the company on successive and repeated inquiry about the matter, responded properly, showing lack of professionalism. Please take necessary steps and penalise for this poor services offered help me get the refund.
