Complaint Details
I placed an order to reliance fresh direct, Order no. 2000367564 on 27th-28th Dec 2015, I was promised the delivery on 03rd Jan 2016, but on 3rd Jan. 2016 I did not received full order, I wrote an email to customer care and made a call regarding the same it took 5-10 days to take action and they reverted me with a call assuring that they will Refund Rs.200 into my account on Tuesday i.e 12th Jan 2016 but today is 16th Jan 2016 but I have not received any refund.
When I follow up with customer care they put me on hold and don't come back, so I always have to disconnect it after 15 minutes or so.
I have been calling them daily for a duration of 15-30 minutes per day but still I have not received any reply. I think I am spending Rs.20 to Rs.50 on my phone calls, my words are falling flat on their ears.
These people are giving me a lot of stress and mentally harassing me.
Kindly help me.
