I had applied for an airtel broadband connection on 23 nov 2015 and submitted the documents (pan card and aadhar card) and a cheque dated 23 nov 2015 of Rs.1000.They have not deposited the cheque but after me calling and asking abt the status after 10 days they told me that the connection is not possible in my bldg due to unavailabily of port.so than i demanded my chq and document back so they told me that they will return in 20 working days. Again when i call them after 20 days they told me they cannot return my cheque and documents back.
Please help me in getting my chq and documents back.
