With reference to Order ID: 10944112918, JK Lakshmi Cement OPC 43 placed on www.snapdeal.com, on January 4, 2016. I was not not delivered the product on promised time. After making several calles to snapdeal, they kept promosing that order has been sent to seller. Finally they sent SMS on 15th Jan, 2016 that order is cancelled due to problem at seller end. It was my order of JK Lakshmi cement after several similar order. If I would have got cancellation within promise delivery time, it would not have caused any trouble.I was assured again and again by customer care executives that product will be delivered on time. Since my house construction is in progress, this delay caused me huge loss of near 3 lac rupees. I want a suitable action is to be taken I should be reimbursed for losses I incurred.
