on 14th jan 2016 i booked indigo flight ticket for 5 adult and 2 infants for 17 feb 2016, chennai to kolkata from makeMy trip company. makeMy trip shows rs. 3668 per adult and for infants 1000 per head , total 20340. MakeMy trip take 1000 charges, so amount to be paid should be 21340 rs. But at the time of payment they deducted 30755 rs. I contacted makeMy trip customer care and they said that airline took charges 5551 rs per adult. so next day i cancelled one ticket and re booked in the same flight from another web site(IRCTC) with the amount 3669 rs what exactly the site displayed on their page. So my complaint against the company makeMy trip is that how can they take 9415 rs excess than the given amount. sir / madam kindly try to give me justice.
