Complaint Details
During recent Chennai Floods in December, aircel signal network was completely cut-off for 1 week resulting in no service. However, there is no discount in December month bill. When I requested AIRCEL for necessary discount, they denied to offer discount. Refer attachment, communication from AIRCEL.
