I have purchased a dell laptop in February 2015 with one year warranty (till Feb 2016). When I tried to claim the warranty after my charger stopped working, the dell website told me that the laptop was purchased in Nov 2014 so the warranty expired in Nov 2015. When I called customer care they told me to mail the invoice and it will be corrected in 2 days. After 2 WEEKS they told me that it cannot be done until snapdeal confirms the warranty to them. After that I called snapdeal and complaint the same. They call me every two day that we are transferring your complain to RIGHT DEPARTMENT. They have transferred the complaint 5-6 times already. I am not sure how many department this will go through. Kindly help me on this.
