CHIMNEY PURCHASED ON 18/08/15 WAS BURST WITH A HEAVY SOUND ON 29/01/2015. MY WIFE HAD A NARROW ESCAPE. I COMPLAINED THE PROBLEM TO MORE THAN TEN REPS. OF FABRE. MY COMPLAINTS WENT TO THE DEAF EARS. NOW, THEY INSIST FOR RS.6000/- FOR RECTIFICATION. I AM HIGHLY DISSATISFIED WITH THE POOR RESPONSE OF FABRE. A PRODUCT BOUGHT JUST 4 MONTHS BACK HAD BURST ENDANGERING LIFE AND M/S. FABRE CARE LESS FOR ITS CUSTOMERS.
