It is nearly since more than 6 months that I have been writing for cancellation of my connection with You broadband and refund of Advance Rental fees paid but till date I have not received any communication from them in respect of various communications undertaken.
Till date these fraudsters are neither disconnecting my connection nor are they refunding me the advance rental paid.Instead their customer care executives are luring to purchase an add on plan post which they will cancel the plans and provide me refund for the last plan.
