Some years back i bought one plot from real estate agent AKP PROPERTIES, NEAR KORATTUR RAILWAY STATION, CHENNAI . Location of Plot in ThallikkaL VILLAGE, ANNAI NAGAR, SHOLINGUR SUB-REGISTRAR OFFICE.

around 10 months back, i applied for patta, till date no update. i want to dispose of that plot bought earlier for some personal reasons.. however, that agent is disconnecting my calls and their representatives also appear to be cheating ...

The sales representatives name Mr.SARAVANAN and Mr.SIvakumar.

They are disconnecting calls willfully.

request someone to help me how to get patta or dispose of that plot in Annai Nagar, Thalikkal Village, SRO - SHOLINGUR (NEAR ARAKONNAM).. MY NAME IS CS GIRIDHAR
