I HAD PURCHASED A MOTO G3 HANDSET FROM FLIPKART SERVICES. THE PHONE WENT DEAD WITHIN 1 MONTH OF PUIRCHASE. IT IS NOW APPROX 02 MONTHS AND THE SERVICE CENTRE IS STILL SAYING THAT THE PARTS ARE COMING FROM HONGKING AND IT WILL TAKE TIME. PLEASE HELP AS THEY HAVE CHEATED ME. ALSO IF THE PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, THEN WHY ARE THEY SELLING PHONES.
