Hi
I am so unhappy because of the BSNL company they are not activating my WiFi and Landphone.My landline number Is 06766258423 .On date 15.01.2016 I paid my bills which is Rs 1050 on telephone exchange office keonjhar,India.After that they tell me that your landphone and WiFi will activate within 2hours.But they don't activate it.After 1 day I call to customer care and they don't tell me anything. Then i called to the telephone exchange office after that they told me they will activate it within 24 hours but they don't activate it. Then after 1 day they told me that I have to pay another Rs 350 then they will activate it but still they don't activate my landphone or WiFi. I don't know what to do I have already loss three days and also lost Rs 100 .Because monthly fee of BSNL WiFi and Landphone is nearly Rs 1100.I don't know what to do.I am praying you to take an action immediately against Officer of telephone exchange keonjhar,odisha
