Makemytrip for the inconvenience caused to me had agreed to give me a compensation . They had emailed me in writing for a compensaiton by 7th Jan 2016 . However its been more than 12 days now and I have not received my money . Please help me resolve this case as these people are taking my patience for granted . Absolutely troublesome and helpless situation to get issues resolved with Makemytrip .
