Complaint Details
On Nov 21st 2014 i lost Rs 2210 on account of vediocon d2h recharge through paytm. the money was deducted from my bank and it clearly showed in the statement that the money was credited to paytm account. I wrote and gave emails for many times to paytm and they assured me to look after the problem but still they did not do anything about it. Its been a year over since i made the complain. I gave as many proofs as i can to make them sure that the money was credited to their account. still they didi not provide me with any solution. They directed me to go to the bank and ask for my money. Pls if would like ... take up the matter. If this is the problem a man must go through wile transacting online.. then whats the use of it ..
