Complaint Details
We were to receive a Courier from our Head Office, Portugal, which consists of gifts to our employees, on 10th of December 2015. It reached India on 9th December 2015. Irrespective of numerous reminders by way of calls, mails, the Courier company (TNT) could not able to find a solution to clear the shipment and deliver it to us. More than a month, we are coordinating and supporting with the available documents, but TNT only misleading and not able to clear the said shipment.
