I received an inflated bill (BP NO: 4000096079) of my gas pipeline few months ago and immediately I complained about the same. There was a leakage in the valve which was replaced by the team. I was ensured that the bill will be revised since the leakage was not due to my negligence. Its been more than Six months that I have been running after the officials to get my bill revised, so that I can pay the bill and get a relief from the issue but nobody is ready to work on the revision of bill. Whenever I visit their office, I am introduced to a new officer who shall be looking after the issue but nobody is ready to revise it. Moreover I have received disconnection notice at least thrice during this period for non payment of bill which is pending at the end of "BILLING DEPARTMENT".
