At Sales front everthing will be very gloomy,many fake promises.
After you provide your requirement ; you will get a info that we have these many candidates residing in htat area with same qualities but when the campign started; no result.
They don't even know about their candidates. The exective will say i have forwarded your number to some candidates but they will not call and if they call they will not share their resume to process ahead.

I brought a packagae on which i was getting 20 unlocks,the sales guy said we have 950 candidate sin the same area with same criteria.
I paid and the campaign started. As per my demand the executive said i will share 4-5 candidates with you with same criteria,but it did't happened. He said i will start the campaign and SMS Blaster tommorrow but he didt did it. He started sending SMS after 4 days after whi ch i was flooded with calls, none of them were relevant. Although i asked 2 of them to share their resume which they did't.
Again getting promises from the Babajobs executive that i will support and i will do my best.nothing happened.
When ever i used to call him he will not be reachable;always be on another call, someone else will promise that he will call back which did't happen,you have to go through IVR to get in touch with someone.
In between the executive went on holiday for 3 days without informing; i was waiting for him;no reply for mails written.
