Complaint Details
i ( vijendra singh) was using Tikona broadband services ( service id : 1109034612) in new Delhi .i was using the 500 Rs plan which used to cost me total 562 Rs including tax. it was a plan as below

2Mbps, 10GB,Post 10 GB,Unlimited usage@512 Kbps

my billing cycle was 15th to 15th of every month means the plan was running from 15th to 15th of every month. but they used to take the advance payment on every 1st or 2nd.

so the last payment which i made was for 15th march 2015 to 15th april 2015 period of time as per my billing cycle. then as i was shifting to a new address so i put a request for disconnection near by 10 April 2015( don't remember exactly but it was before 15 april 2015). so the customer care told me that they will check firstly whether the broadband services can be shifted to new address or not . if not they will get it disconnected . i told ok. and with that they told me not to use the internet after 15th april 2015 so as to avoid extra charges .so as per that i didn't use it after 15th april 2015.

Despite putting request the tikona officer named as Abhishek (+91-8285632585) came so late for disconnection . then he checked and told me that the broadband services cant be shifted to new address as its not in range of their tower's line of sight . then he got it disconnected and took their tikona device from my home and gave me a receipt too. so as per record they took the device on 25th April 2015.

then after disconnection also i used to get calls and messages from tikona to pay my remaining bill of 1262 rs. sometime of 1162 rs. i called them so many time that its already disconnected , sent them mail also . they used to tell me the problem is resolved .but they continued to call me for the same amount.

and then i started avoiding there message and mail. and as a goodwill gesture i once asked them that how can it be so much even if it got disconnected on 25th April 2015 the extra charges will be for 10 days which will be near by 190 rs something. they didn't agree and continued to send me mail and messages of the due charges.

i started getting calls from lawyer that the case has been registered against me and i need to appoint my own lawyer. so lastly after being harassed i am putting a complaint. please resolve it and stop them from harassing customers
