Hello ,
I made purchase of product of.Rs.220 from snapdeal using credit card,
As expiry date of the product is over I returned product to snapdeal and so many times in written I instructed snapdeal to reverse this transaction.
Instead of doing return transaction to credit card ,snapdeal sold my personal details like address,credit card details to free charge a/c without my permission and making me compulsion to provide additional details to another bank account number to free
chagre a/c for return payment.
Also snapdeal & free charge a/c not allowing me to delete my a/c number detail from free charge account.
Also snapdeal & free charge a/c are not providing the interest on this amount with free charge account.

Points
1.The supply of customer details without customer's permission is unethical,illegal,unsafe to customer.
Please make monetary fine and appropriate legal action against snapdeal.
2.Please assure me that there is deletion of bank a/c details from free charge a/c .
Many times I tried to delete the bank a/c details from free charge a/c But snapdeal and free charge a/c are not allowing me to do this.
3.Also the transfer to refund amount to free charge a/c is illegal,unethical.
(as another shopping website are directly refunding money to original payment mode)
4.The amount present any free charge account is without standard bank interest.
So please make provision of standard bank interest on this free charge a/c.
5.The snapdeal policy of Free Charge a/c is meant for customer harassment.
In case normal case return with snapdeal ;
Either snapdeal makes compulsion to customer
to buy another product with this returned amount(not refunded).
Or the returned amount is with Free charge account without standard bank interest
And without permission of customer.
So customer is not having returned product (as it is with snapdeal) as well as
And the returned amount is with Free Charge account (the third party introduced by snapdeal while return process) without customer’s permission.

Request:
1.Please make sure that (in case of refund) the amount must be returned with original payment mode ( as another shopping websites are doing)
