I will like to draw your attention towards my unresolved complaint NO. R160116059912 . I purchased panasonic speakers on 3.1.2016 from Croma Store, Belapur. But within a week i found that one of the speaker has stopped working, on seeing this i called customer care and made a complaint. When technician came from thr end he said that the amplifier is not working and will require replacement of that part.
It clearly shows that there is a manufacturing defect in the product. Even the remote of the speakers is not functioning properly.
From last 10 days i am following up with the customer care and other concern persons but they are not only saying we will revert but no response has been received so far...
I WANT TO KNOW HOW A COMPANY LIKE PANASONIC GIVES SUCH A DEFECT PRODUCT IN MARKET?
THIS IS TOTALLY DEFICIENCY IN SERVICES ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY AND IS A SUITABLE GROUND FOR MAKING A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER FORUM.
