Sir, since many times I reiterated to the "Go Processing Limited" to refund my deposited amount of Rs.25,000/-, but unfortunately, neither they refunded the said amount nor to response my refund request emails, and that caused me serious mentally agony.

Earlier, in December 2014, Md. Javed (Team Analyst – Retail Sales), over the phone , represented his company "Go Processing Limited" as a leading Online Payment Processing company providing enhanced Mobile Recharge , DTH & Data Card Recharges, Air Ticketing, Bill Payment(Post-paid bills, Land-line bills), Insurance Premium, Electricity Payments and much more. Over the telephonic conversation he offered me their Distributor/Channel Sales business proposal and requested me to pay the full security deposit (100% refundable) amount of Rs.25,000/- in-advance before signing the AGREEMENT Paper on November, 2014 as per their process. And accordingly I have transferred Rs.25,000/- to their SBI A/c No. 33330061951 through Net Banking vied Third Party Transfer INB Reference Number: ITB4425331 on 11-Dec-2014 [04:20 PM IST]. After few days I have received their Business Proposal AGREEMENT Paper, and thoroughly find out their Terms & Conditions, And denied to signed their "AGREEMENT" due to misleading of information that was verbally communicated me before deposit by MD JAVED. And accordingly requested them to refund the deposited amount. But Their Representatives Md Javed (Mob: +918588836957), Asis Kumar (Mob: +919643404670) and all other representative deliberately ignored my phone calls, and not responded my REFUND REQUEST emails, And not yet refund back the deposited amount even after many follow-ups. Even, they blocked my GOID: 3031028543. By this way they have been showing their bad intention to forfeit my deposit amount of Rs.25,000/- according to my prediction, and that caused me serious mentally agony.
Therefore, I'm requesting you to take necessary action against them and arrange the full payment with suitable compensation from "Go Processing Limited".
