We have hired OLA cab last week at 10.30 PM and traveled the distance of 21 km in chennai and the charge is Rs.308/-. Again on 20.01.2016 we have hired OLA on 9.40 PM same place same distance but the charge is Rs.841/-. They said it was a peak hour.
whether 9.40 PM is a peak time? same distance same place of travel but the amount is more than double !! real cheating. so please take necessary action against them.Invoice attached.
