Ordered Kent RO EXcel plus vide order No. NDD2638974. askmebazaar.com did not supply hydro static water storage container, an essential part and partial of Kent RO Excel plus. My request for return and refund is not being acceded. Complaint No.QRC7848. Support Ticket #38640 closed without taking any action. Talked to customer care number several times but all in vain.
