Dear Sir/Madam,

I had registered complaint to DTDC courier bearing complaint No.01235556 as Till this date my consignment bearing tracking no. P34408060 which was Dispatched on 01-12-15 from Sawantwadi to Mila Star Retail Private Limited NO-2 Survey no. 10 Makali Village, Dasanapura Hobli , Golden Palms resort Road Bangalore - 562123 Karnataka Ph no.080 49221777 has neither delivered to the receiver nor returned to me, When I tracked consignment online on DTDC Website it is showing In Transit only till this date,

I have called DTDC via phone also at DTDC Customer care Bangalore 080-25365032,080-25365039 and Peenaya branch 080-39280368. Call at bangalore was unaswered and at Peenya Branch concerned executive told to claim Parcel at booking office. But when I contacted booking office it has been told to contact Peenaya branch on above mentioned number or at Bangalore office. I have sent many e-mails to DTDC till this date but there is no proper resolution provided by DTDC Courier.

The parcel contains clothing to be returned to the ZIVAME company which were purchased online. As the product not reached to the company within stipulated timeline company has cancelled my return request. So now Zivame will not refund my product amount and courier charges as they have not received product within required Timeframe. So due to this negligence and poor service of DTDC courier I have to face loss of Rs.1500/-. So Kindly inform DTDC Company to refund me amount of Rs.1500/- in case DTDC has lost my parcel,

So Please look into the matter urgently,
