Complaint Details
We have purchased the Ac on June2014,
Continuously we had problem in cooling system and power problem
So we required the serviceman from Samsung , clearly asked to sent senior person, but they sent junior person, He made our AC has burned
Its happen on Dec 20,2015
Till now we are requesting them for the payment
But no proper response
Kindly help us to get the payment
