I ordered a pair of shoes from myntra in Dec 2015. I received those shoes in defective condition. I raised a return request on 8th Jan and since then they are making a fool out of me. First they said they will take it back and for two weeks they sent me messages that this and thus person will come to take your product. Then one day I got a mail that my request has been declined and after I raised the request again , they cheated me again. For 15 days they emailed me that I have to send the pictures, the numbers, the price tag. I send all the pictures the same day and after one week they said that the product can not be returned. We sent a fresh product. I am very disappointed with their services. Heights of unprofessional behaviour.
