I am an Advocate having 15 years standing. I am having Prepaid Idea service. Today i.e. 23rd Dec, 2015 at about 4.00 pm suddenly Rs. 150/- of my talk time was deducted from my balance and it became zero balance. I gave complaint to customercare of idea on 23rd Dec, 2015 but no response. On 9th Jan, 2016 I gave complaint to Appellate Authority. The appellate Authority vide its email 12th Jan, 2016 promised me that he will refund the amount if I produce screen shot of my recharge of Rs.150/-. As per his instructions I did the same. But till now there is no response. Hence, I request your kind authority to solve my problem and reprimand the idea company not to do such type of frauds in future.
