Hi
I had done a bill payment of Rs. 1600 from Paytm to Airtel on 22nd Jan. Paytm provides that the transaction was successful, but airtel has not received the payment and are about to cut my fixed line. I tried contacting Paytm, and they said that it is successful, and you talk to operator. But airtel still is not ready to accept that the payment was done. Paytm has stopped replying me and not taking any consideration.
