Mobikwik took 4000 rs from wallet and now they are not responding at customer support. There was around 3975 rs in my mobikwik wallet and they deducted it and they are not respondsing on telephone support and in mails they are not giving me proper answer and saying they deducted it as per their policy.

Please help.
